Accurtag Solutions Limited (“Accurtag”, “we”, “us”), respects your privacy and wants you to understand the personal data we collect, how we collect, use, and share data about you. We do not collect or store your credit card number or other sensitive payment details.

For subscription purchases made through the App, payments are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play, depending on your device platform. We do not collect or store your full payment information. We may receive limited transaction data from these stores, such as purchase date, product type, subscription status, and country, to verify your subscription and provide access to premium features.

We collect the information you provide to us directly via email, online forms, or support features embedded in our App or Site. This may include:

We and third-party advertising networks may use cookies and similar technologies, such as mobile SDKs, to provide personalized advertisements. While some cookies are essential for app functionality, others help us improve and market the App or Site.

Advertising IDs
Advertising IDs (such as IDFA on iOS or AAID on Android) may be collected by us or our third-party advertising partners to deliver personalized advertisements, measure ad performance, and analyze user engagement. These identifiers do not directly identify you but may be combined with other information to tailor ads to your interests. You can reset or limit the use of your device’s advertising ID in your device privacy settings.
How We Use the Data We Collect
We use subscription data to manage your access to paid features, notify you of renewal dates, and respond to subscription-related inquiries. Subscription cancellations and refunds are handled directly by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, and their policies apply.

Respond to your inquiries, send updates, and notify you about App or Site maintenance.
Analytics:
Conduct business analysis, improve the App or Site, and personalize content and advertisements. Analytical data is solely for internal use and is not shared with third parties.
Advertising:
Provide personalized ads through third-party advertising networks. For users in the European Economic Area, the UK, Norway, or Switzerland, your consent will be sought for processing data for personalized ads.
Security:
Use personal data for security purposes, including fraud monitoring, combating malicious activity, and ensuring technical support.

We comply with applicable privacy laws in the U.S., including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and others. Residents of California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Oregon, and Texas have specific rights regarding:
- Access to collected data.
- Deletion of personal information.
- Opting out of targeted advertising or data sales.
Requests for access or deletion will be processed within 45 days. Extensions and denials will be communicated with justifications.
Where We Keep Your Information
Your personal information is retained only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy or as required by law. Data may be transferred and processed outside your country, including the USA, in compliance with applicable laws.
Inactive accounts or unused data will be deleted after two years. Once deleted, rights like data access, erasure, or rectification cannot be exercised.
Subscription-related transaction data may be retained for as long as your account remains active and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with our legal obligations and resolve disputes.
Information About Children
The App and Site are not directed to children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16. If we become aware of such data collection, it will be promptly deleted. Please contact us if you believe we have collected information about a child under 16.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Updates will be posted with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the App or Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
