End User License Agreement (EULA) & Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using our services operated by Accurtag Solutions Limited (“us”, “we”, or “our”).

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the services.

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Copy, modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the App.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the App.
  • Rent, lease, sell, sublicense, distribute, or otherwise transfer the App.
  • Use the App for unlawful purposes or in violation of applicable laws.

Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password you use and for any activities or actions under your password.

Subscriptions

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis (“Subscription(s)”). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (“Billing Cycle”). Billing cycles are set either on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis, depending on the plan you select when purchasing a subscription.

  • Automatic Renewal: At the end of each Billing Cycle, your subscription will automatically renew under the same conditions unless you cancel it or we cancel it.
  • Payment Methods: A valid payment method, including credit card, is required to process the payment for your subscription. By submitting payment information, you automatically authorize Accurtag Solutions Limited to charge all subscription fees incurred through your account to any such payment instruments.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current Billing Cycle, and you will continue to have access to the service until then. No refunds will be provided for any unused portion of the Billing Cycle unless required by law.
  • Fee Changes: Accurtag Solutions Limited, in its sole discretion, may modify subscription fees for the subscriptions at any time. Any subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current Billing Cycle. We will provide you with reasonable prior notice of any change to give you an opportunity to terminate your subscription before such change becomes effective.
  • Trial Periods: If a subscription includes a trial period, you will not be charged until the trial period has ended. After the trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the end of the trial period.

Intellectual Property

Our service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Accurtag Solutions Limited and its licensors.

Links to Other Websites

Our service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Accurtag Solutions Limited.

Accurtag Solutions Limited has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party web sites or services.

You further acknowledge and agree that Accurtag Solutions Limited shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such web sites or services.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Accurtag Solutions Limited, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Disclaimer

Your use of the service is at your sole risk. The service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. The service is provided without warranties of any kind.

Apple App Store Terms

If you obtained the App via the Apple App Store, your use of the App is also subject to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement, available at:

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice.

By continuing to access or use our service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
